SiriusPoint, a specialty insurer and reinsurer based in Bermuda, has appointed Ajay Parvatikar as VP, Reinsurance Technology Platforms & Transformation Lead.
Parvatikar brings more than 25 years of professional IT experience, driving enterprise-wide technology initiatives that accelerate digital transformation across the organisation.
He has a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional change programmes, translating enterprise IT priorities into clear roadmaps, stakeholder-aligned plans and measurable outcomes.
Parvatikar joins SiriusPoint from Vantage Risk Companies, where he served as Reinsurance IT Leader, responsible for planning, communicating, executing and sustaining technology changes across the organisation.
Prior to that, he was a Senior Engineering Manager at The Hartford and also held IT Project Manager roles at AXA XL and XL Catlin.
