SiriusPoint Ltd., a global specialty underwriter, has appointed Rachel Winoski as Chief Human Resources Officer, with effect from 5 October 2026.
Based in New York, Winoski will join SiriusPoint’s Executive Leadership Team and report to Chief Executive Officer Scott Egan. She joins the company from AXA XL, where she served as Chief HR Officer for the Americas.
Winoski brings more than 15 years of human resources leadership experience in the insurance sector. The company said her experience includes organisational transformation, acquisitions and integrations, and the development of global HR functions.
Her career has also covered talent management, culture, employee relations, reward, talent acquisition, HR operations, and belonging and inclusion.
Egan commented: “Rachel is an outstanding addition to SiriusPoint. She brings deep HR leadership experience, and a strong track record of building high-performing teams and cultures.

Winoski will succeed Sarah Smith, who has served as SiriusPoint’s Interim Chief Human Resources Officer since April 2026.
