Insurance industry intermediary, Specialist Risk Group (SRG), has announced the appointment of William Nabarro as Chairman, as well as Julia Hayhoe and Vicky Kubitscheck as Non-Executive Directors.
The appointments follow a busy start to the year for SRG, which has included a number of acquisitions and the finalisation of its takeover by HGGC, a leading middle-market private equity firm.
Nabarro most recently served as a Senior Strategy Advisor to JLT Group. His career spans merchant banking, insurance broking and employee benefits, and he has held advisory and Board roles in a range of industries.
After a 20 year career in the legal sector, Hayhoe now leverages her expertise as Management Consultant, Non-Executive Director and Leadership Coach. Previously, she served as Global Chief Strategy Officer at Baker McKenzie.
Kubitscheck joins as Non-Executive Director and Chair of the company’s Risk and Audit Committee. She is an experienced Non-Executive Director and Board Advisor following a career establishing and leading risk, regulation and assurance functions in financial services. Previously, she has worked at AEGON and AXA, and is President of the Insurance Internal Audit Group.
