Broker and managing agent, Specialist Risk Group (SRG), has appointed Joe Hanly as Chief Financial Officer, subject to regulatory approval.
SRG announced new majority shareholder HGGC in December 2020 and since then has completed 8 acquisitions.
SRG has also strengthened its leadership team with the addition of Clare Lebecq as COO and Jonathan Bines as Managing Director of its International business, Specialist Risk International.
Hanly joins SRG following senior roles at PWC, Penna, Integrity Software and most recently, Reed & Mackay where he has been CFO since 2016.
His experience includes multiple senior finance roles within diverse private equity owned businesses and covers the full range of finance functions as well as operations, mergers and acquisitions and international expansion.
Hanly will be based in London and will join SRG’s Board.
