Starr, an insurance and investment organisation, has announced the appointment of Danielle An as Head of Financial Lines, Singapore, and Wholesale Business, Asia.
In her new role, An will play a key role in driving Starr’s growth in Financial Lines across Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand, as well as in wholesale markets throughout the region.
She brings more than 15 years of regional underwriting experience, with deep expertise in Financial Lines and cyber products.
An joins Starr from Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty (AGCS), where she held several senior leadership roles, most recently as Head of Financial Lines, Singapore & Southeast Asia, Regional Practice Group Leader MLC APAC.
Prior to that, she was Senior Manager, MLC Asia at AGCS, and earlier held underwriting roles within Financial Lines.
