Specialty Managing General Agent Nexus Group has announced the appointment of Steve Willett as Head of Development.
In his new role, Willett will mainly focus on expanding Nexus’ Financial Lines team’s global footprint and broking base, in addition to spearheading the Nexus Lloyd’s box offering.
The executive brings significant experience in underwriting, having been a Senior Underwriter for a decade with Antares and five years at CNA.
Prior to that, Willett worked for a number of specialty brokers, including SBJ, Willis, and Glencairn. His most recent role served as Head of Financial Lines with Barents Re, a position he held for close to two years.
