Reinsurance trading platform Supercede has announced the appointment of Deeva Chamdal as Technical Reinsurance Consultant.
In her role, Chamdal will be based in London and report to Jess McCausland, Head of Client Success.
Tom Spier, Chief Commercial Officer at Supercede, commented “Supercede is experiencing exciting growth, with the team energised by our successful £15m Series A funding round in June. To deliver on this investment we are strategically hiring across all parts of the business as we further our mission to transform reinsurance.”
He added, “Deeva will engage closely with prospective and new clients to understand their priorities and use her technical expertise to apply Supercede’s platform to their unique situations. She will also strengthen the feedback loop between customers and Supercede’s product development team, helping to inform future developments to the Supercede offering.”
Chamdal joins Supercede from Liberty Specialty Markets where she has spent the last three years as a Reinsurance Asset Handler.
Her prior experience includes roles as a Reinsurance Technician at Neon and as a Consultant at Eames Consulting Group.
