Global reinsurer Swiss Re has appointed Sanghita Nandy and Francesco Atzeni to its Global Property and P&C Re Underwriting Strategy leadership team.
Nandy has been named Head of P&C Treaty UW Advisory. She has spent the past 11 years at Swiss Re and has worked across multiple areas, including natural catastrophe modelling and analytics, property treaty costing, cyber insurance, Takaful, surety, risk engineering and product management.
Most recently, Nandy served as VP, Team Lead Property Treaty UW Advisory, EMEA at Swiss Re.
Atzeni has been appointed Head P&C Re Underwriting Strategy and Portfolio Steering.
He has spent the past seven years at the global reinsurer, most recently serving as Portfolio Strategy & Analytics Manager, CUO P&C Reinsurance – Vice President. In this role, he was responsible for shaping the target direction of the P&C Reinsurance underwriting portfolio, working closely with CUOs, lines of business centres and portfolio owners.
