Swiss Re Corporate Solutions, the commercial insurance arm of reinsurer Swiss Re, has appointed Andrew Dougall as Global Head Casualty.
Effective 22 February, Dougall will be responsible for driving the success and overall profitability of the bespoke casualty portfolio globally.
He will also lead a global team of underwriters and work with the regional casualty leads to maintain underwriting standards and ensure management and liability coverages are aligned to the needs of corporate customers.
Dougall will also take on the role of Head Casualty & FinPro (Financial and Professional Liability) EMEA.
Based in London, he will report to Kera McDonald, Chief Underwriting Officer Bespoke.
