Swiss Re partners with PALIG to launch online life claims submission portal

Swiss Re, one of the world’s largest reinsurance companies, has developed and launched an online claims submission portal for life insurance beneficiaries in conjunction with Pan‑American Life Insurance Group (PALIG), a provider of life, accident, and health insurance throughout the Americas.

The portal enables beneficiaries to submit claims online, thus streamlining intake, improving submission accuracy, and accelerating claims processing.

Powered by Swiss Re’s end‑to‑end digital claims platform, PromiseXP, the portal is designed to support a modern, unified claims experience across diverse markets and product lines.

The solution is currently available to beneficiaries of US life insurance policies, with plans to expand further across PALIG’s global life business.
