Global reinsurance broker Gallagher Re has added Daniel Knüsli to its Strategic & Financial Advisory (S&FA) team.
He will be based in Zurich but will have a global role, according to the announcement. Knüsli will split his time between London and other international insurance hubs as needed by clients.
Bringing more than two decades of experience across underwriting, analytics and client service, Knüsli joins from Swiss Re where he spent 12 years and most recently served as Head of P&C Analytics, having begun his career as a casualty underwriter with Zurich Insurance Group.
As client demand for expertise and insight across the risk and capital spectrum continues, the hire of Knüsli is a valuable addition to the team, according to the broker.
