The Baldwin Group, an independent insurance brokerage and advisory firm, has announced the completion of its acquisition of Capstone Group, a full-service, multi-line independent insurance brokerage headquartered in the Philadelphia area.
Founded in 2013, Capstone Group provides independent risk management, insurance brokerage, and employee benefits consulting services. It specialises in risk management, group health and ancillary benefits, and property and casualty insurance solutions.
Baldwin said that Capstone’s hands-on service model and team-first culture align naturally with its client-centric and entrepreneurial approach, enabling Capstone to maintain its personalised, high-touch service while leveraging Baldwin’s broader resources and scalable infrastructure.
The partnership expands Baldwin’s regional presence and enhances its ability to deliver comprehensive risk management solutions to a wider client base.
