The Fidelis Partnership appoints Mark Khan as Head of Broker Relationships

The Fidelis Partnership (TFP), a privately-owned managing general underwriter (MGU), has announced the appointment of Mark Khan as Head of Broker Relationships, effective 2nd February 2026.

The Fidelis Partnership logoIn his new role, Khan will drive the deal-by-deal execution of the firm’s broker strategy, focusing on generating and growing new business by supporting underwriters in managing broker relationships.

He will work collaboratively across both TFP and the MGAs on its Pine Walk platform, maintaining and growing relationships across all TFP insurance and reinsurance classes, while supporting its cross-selling strategy by ensuring brokers have full visibility of TFP’s capabilities and market presence.

Based in London, Khan will report to Michael Davern, UK CUO and Group Head of D&F Property and Energy at The Fidelis Partnership.

He brings more than 35 years of international industry experience. He joins TFP from Ki, where he served as Broker Relationship Leader, directing all broker-facing engagement for Lloyd’s Syndicate 1618.

Prior to that, Khan spent 17 years at Marsh, most recently as Senior Vice President, where he led new business development for North American Property. Earlier in his career, he worked at Aon for 16 years in broking and leadership roles.
