Thomas Miller Holdings, the parent company of Thomas Miller Group, a provider of insurance services, has announced the appointment of James Quin as a Non-Executive Director, effective January 1st, 2024.
Along with the new role, Quin will also take over as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee after the next AGM.
Quin currently serves as the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Saga plc.
He is a renowned industry leader and brings many years of experience from across the insurance and consultancy markets to the firm.
Previously, Quin has worked in several senior positions in the industry. His previous roles include UK CFO for Zurich Insurance, CFO of Global Life, Partner at PWC, and Managing Director at Citi.
