WTW, a global advisory, broking, and solutions firm, has recently announced the appointment of Tia Wilson as Deputy Regional Leader and Global Client Advocate within Corporate Risk and Broking, North America (CRB NA).
As Deputy Regional Leader overseeing the Greater Philadelphia Area, Wilson’s primary focus is accelerating profitable growth in collaboration with WTW’s Industry Vertical Divisions (IVD). Her responsibilities include hiring, colleague and client retention, recruiting, and talent development to advance expertise and innovate solutions for clients.
Wilson will also serve as a Global Client Advocate, managing relationships for the firm’s F1000 clients.

Wilson joins WTW from Aon, where she worked for 17 years, starting in 2007 as an Associate Broker in the Early Career Development Program. She has since held various leadership roles, primarily in the Philadelphia area, most recently serving as Senior Managing Director within Aon’s Reinsurance Solutions Team.
