Specialist insurer, Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK), has appointed Francesca Kevill as Underwriter within its Cyber & Enterprise Risk team, effective immediately.

Tokio Marine Kiln logoIn her new role, Kevill will report to Ellie Webb, Head of Delegated Cyber & IP. Her appointment builds on a period of significant investment in TMK’s cyber capabilities.

The company recently launched its flagship TMK Cyber CTRL offering and market-first Enterprise CTRL product, strengthening its position as a leader in providing comprehensive protection across cyber, technology, and operational risk.

This appointment also follows a series of hires, including Cesar Silvestre as Head of Cyber Reinsurance Solutions and Ben Sitki as Underwriter, Cyber Reinsurance Solutions.

Kevill has cyber underwriting experience across the London and Asia Pacific markets. Most recently, she served as Cyber Underwriter at Tokio Marine Australia, where she established and managed the delegated cyber book, leading on pricing, underwriting guidelines, processes, and the implementation of new API capabilities.

Previously, she has also helped create a cyber governance framework and supported the underwriting of large-account risks.

Before this, Kevill held a cyber underwriting role at TMK in London, where she helped grow both the delegated and open market portfolios.

Webb commented on the appointment, “We’re delighted to welcome Francesca back to TMK. Her hands-on experience across two major cyber markets, combined with her deep understanding of our business, products and risk-appetite, makes her an invaluable addition to the team.

“This appointment reflects the continued momentum behind our cyber offering as we expand our capabilities to meet the evolving needs of our clients and brokers in an increasingly complex and rapidly growing global cyber landscape.”
