Tokio Marine Kiln (TMK), a global specialty insurer, has appointed Sarah Tidbury as Portfolio Solutions Underwriter, effective immediately. She reports to Rob Jarvis, Head of Innovation Underwriting.
This appointment reflects TMK’s continued investment in innovative portfolio-based, cross-class insurance solutions, particularly those distributed through a variety of channels such as algorithmic platforms, broker facilities, consortia, and cover holders.
In her new role, Tidbury will focus on assessing and structuring portfolio deals across multiple lines of business and geographies. She will also work closely with brokers and clients to tailor solutions to their needs as the insurer continues to broaden its technical expertise and market reach.
Tidbury has over two decades of underwriting and portfolio management experience across multiple commercial lines. Most recently, she served at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Delegated Authority Underwriter.
In the aforementioned role, she managed a broad portfolio spanning financial lines, credit, reputational damage, and innovation. Prior to that, she held senior underwriting positions at RSA London and AIG London.
