Lancashire Holdings has announced that Tom Milligan will retire as a Non-Executive Director from the Lancashire board with effect from March 31st, 2018.
After serving in the role for the last three years, Milligan will not stand for re-election at the 2018 annual general meeting.
Peter Clarke, Lancashire’s Chairman, said; “I would like to thank Tom for his valuable contribution as a member of our Board. In particular, Tom’s executive knowledge in the insurance industry has helped inform our strategic planning in recent years and contributed to the success of our business.
“Tom has served as a director on the Lancashire board for over 3 years and he has decided to step down in order to pursue other opportunities. We wish Tom well for the future.”
Prior to joining Lancashire, Milligan worked at Managing Agency Partners as a Non-Executive Director for three years.
He has also acted as co-Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Ariel Re Holdings and was a Managing Director at Goldman Sachs for seven years.
