Cayman islands-based reinsurer Topsail Re has appointed RobLee Womack, Jr. as its new Senior Vice President of Underwriting.
With over 35 years of experience in the re/insurance industry, Womack brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role.
Womack’s career in the re/insurance industry began on the insurance underwriting side, where he gained valuable experience writing personal, commercial, and auto business classes.
After transitioning to reinsurance, he specialised in underwriting professional liability, long tail casualty lines, property, and catastrophe.
Over the past two decades, Womack has focused on leading and building teams of underwriters for short tail property lines while contributing to the development and growth of five Bermuda start-ups.
