Specialty insurer and reinsurer, Vantage Group Holdings Ltd., has appointed Steve Fales as Senior Vice President (SVP), Investor Relations, effective immediately.
In the role, he reports to Chris McKeown, Chief Executive, Reinsurance, insurance-linked securities (ILS), and Innovation, and is responsible for enhancing Vantage’s partnership capital business.
Fales will leverage the group’s specialty reinsurance portfolios to create investment opportunities in private ILS, collateralised reinsurance, and other alternative capital structures.
Prior to this, he served as SVP, Business Development & Investor Relations at Elementum Advisors, LLC.
He has also held key positions at Lincoln Square Advisors and has a strong background in finance and investment analysis.
McKeown commented on the appointment, “Steve brings a wealth of experience in business development in the ILS space. His well-regarded track record with investors is due to his ability to communicate the unique proposition that re/insurance presents to sophisticated investors.
