Vantage Group Holdings Ltd., a provider of insurance and reinsurance solutions, has announced the appointment of Natalie Yuen as Vice President, West Region Distribution Leader.
In her new role, Yuen will lead the implementation of Vantage’s U.S. distribution strategy across the West region, with a focus on driving profitable growth and strengthening relationships with retail and wholesale brokers. She will work closely with underwriting teams to increase market awareness and expand business opportunities.
Yuen will report to Leanne Berry, Chief Distribution Officer of Vantage.
She joins Vantage from Arch Insurance, where she served as Vice President, Business Development – Strategy & Distribution. Prior to that, she was Director of Customer Success at Embroker.
Earlier in her career, Yuen held various positions at Lockton, Marsh, and Aon.
