Ventis, a Managing General Agent (MGA) specialising in Commercial and Residential insurance, has announced the appointment of Fiona Young as Senior Underwriter.
In her new role, Young will manage a panel of partner brokers, leveraging her technical expertise and market connections to strengthen Ventis’ relationships and expand its market presence.

Young brings a decade of industry experience in broking and underwriting. She joins Ventis from Camberford Underwriting, where she was Regional Trading Manager.
Her previous roles include Underwriter – Real Estate at Covéa Insurance, as well as positions at Gallagher and Towergate Insurance.
This appointment comes during a period of significant growth for Ventis, which has expanded its team by 50% in recent months with the addition of Young and Joshua Weller as Assistant Underwriter. The company has also extended its operations into the Irish market.
