Vesttoo has appointed reinsurance executive, Minas Kalachian as its new Head of Structuring.
Within this role, he will lead the Product Specialists and Structuring teams at Vesttoo, which will ultimately drive the development of financing solutions for the company’s clients.
As well as this, the teams will also design and implement financial structure strategies for Vesttoo’s capital markets-based reinsurance solutions, as well as analyze the financials of individual projects.
With 23 years of experience working within the re/insurance industry, Kalachian brings a strong level of experience with him towards this role.
He joins from Allianz, where he most recently served as a Managing Director for Allianz Risk Transfer. Prior to joining Allianz, Kalachian spent 10 years at XL Catlin, where he served in a number of different roles, including Vice President (XL Financial Solutions).
