In a strategic collaboration with DataPro, Whitespace, the fully digital e-trading platform and a Verisk company, has introduced “Whitespace for Desktop,” a new tool designed to enhance user interaction with the Whitespace platform through Microsoft applications.
Whitespace for Desktop facilitates seamless integration with Microsoft Excel, empowering users to upload and download structured data for the creation of draft contracts or inline Schedules of Values.
The application further enables the insertion of contract-defined data or entire MRC (Market Reform Contract) section contents from Whitespace contracts directly into Word documents.
This functionality allows organisations to leverage the formatting and branding capabilities of Microsoft Word, enhancing the overall flexibility and power of document creation.
One notable feature of Whitespace for Desktop is its comprehensive email integration, streamlining communication and collaboration within the platform. Users can effortlessly draft emails using Whitespace contract data and receive desktop notifications, providing quick access to additional information.
Additionally, Whitespace’s chat feature is seamlessly integrated into the application, facilitating conversations across contracts through multiple chat windows.
