Willis Towers Watson appoints Fabien Conderanne to Asia Pacific Financial Solutions Deputy Head

Willis Towers Watson has named Fabien Conderanne as new Deputy Head of Asia-Pacific Financial Solutions, as the firm continues to strengthen its financial services capabilities across the region.

Willis logoFabien will begin his Singapore based role, which was created as a new position, on 1 August 2017, and will report to Stuart Ashworth, Willis Towers Watson’s Managing Director for Financial Solutions, Asia-Pacific.

Commenting on the appointment, Ashworth said; “In the current complex and volatile economic landscape, Asia continues to offer significant growth opportunities for the application of credit and political risk insurance solutions for financial institutions and corporate and trader clients.

“Fabien will be a great asset to our global Financial Solutions team in supporting our business’ regional expansion.”

Prior to joining Willis Towers Watson, Fabien worked for Coface Singapore as Chief Executive Officer and before that as Regional Chief Financial Officer for Coface Asia-Pacific.

Fabien boasts 16 years of financial and regional experience, as well as specialist knowledge of trade credit products, structured trade and political risk insurance.

He worked for Coface in Paris from 2001 to 2009, before he relocated to Singapore, and gained a degree in electrical engineering from Ecole centrale Lyon, and an M.Sc. in Management from the HEC Paris Business School.
