Willis Towers Watson, a global advisory, broking and solutions company, has appointed Michael LeBoeuf as Senior Director in its Americas Life practice.
LeBoeuf has spent more than 30 years in the life re/insurance industry and joins Willis from Prudential Financial, where he served as Chief Actuary of Individual Life Insurance.
He will now apply his experience to leading the Americas Life practice and delivering consulting services to Willis’s life re/insurance clients.

LeBeouf has also previously worked at The Hartford as Individual Life Chief Actuary, and has held various senior positions at Aon Consulting, LECG/Smart, and Ernst & Young.
His expertise spans all aspects of life re/insurance, including pricing; actuarial and valuation system conversions; data analytics and assumption development; capital financing; mergers and acquisitions (M&A); reinsurance negotiation, arbitration and administration; and expert witness services.
