Global insurance and reinsurance industry brokerage, Willis Towers Watson, has announced the appointment of Louise Pennington to a newly created role, as large account leader for its Corporate Risk and Broking segment.
In her new role, Pennington will take responsibility for the firm’s large account growth strategy and value proposition, and working alongside the company’s Global Client Advocate community, she will be expected to deliver innovative and integrated solutions to Fortune 1000 clients across numerous industries.
She will be based in New York, U.S., and report to Mike Liss, Head of Corporate Risk and Broking, North America, Willis Towers Watson.
Pennington joined the company in 2012 and has held a number of positions, most recently serving as director of Client Management in the company’s Metro New York region.
Liss, commented on the appointment; “Louise is an accomplished risk and insurance professional with an outstanding track record of delivering risk and human capital solutions to help clients achieve their goals.
