Willis Re, a specialised reinsurance broker, has announced the addition of Megan Hart to strengthen its reinsurance analytics capabilities across catastrophe and climate risk management.
Hart brings more than 12 years of industry experience in reinsurance analytics, with deep expertise in catastrophe risk and climate risk management.
She began her career with Aon Re in the Catastrophe Management team, where she worked in the View of Risk Advisory, helping clients develop custom, well-informed views of risk across key peril regions.
Most recently, Hart served as Global Head of Analytics and Collaborations within Aon’s Climate Risk Advisory team, where she worked with the company’s broad risk capital client base to manage climate risk.
Willis Re said that Hart’s expertise in natural catastrophe events and their broad impacts on the built environment and beyond can support clients in underwriting and accumulation management, growth strategy considerations, and risk transfer.
