Willis Re, a specialised reinsurance broking joint venture between Bain Capital (BCIS) and WTW, has strengthened its team with the appointment of Georgia Heathfield.
Heathfield is an accomplished insurance and reinsurance specialist with over two decades of experience in the London market.
She began her career in 2004 at RFIB in the accounts team, before transitioning to claims broking to focus on reinsurance client servicing.
In 2017, she moved to Ark Syndicate Management, where she most recently served as Head of Outwards Reinsurance Operations, strengthening governance, driving improvements in reporting, recoveries and programme management whilst building trusted relationships with brokers and reinsurers.
Heathfield has developed a comprehensive end‑to‑end understanding of the full insurance lifecycle throughout her career and has a reputation for delivering exceptional account management, technical accuracy, and improving operational efficiency.
