Willis Re, a reinsurance advisory and broking joint venture between Bain Capital (BCIS) and WTW, has hired Tina Thomson from reinsurance broker Gallagher Re.
Thomson brings a wealth of experience gained throughout her career holding various senior leadership roles in analytics, research, and digital solutions.
Her career spans catastrophe model vendors, property & casualty insurance, reinsurance, and reinsurance brokers.
Known for her focus on the business application of scientific concepts, emerging industry trends, and new technologies, Thomson’s appointment marks a significant push by Willis Re to enhance its digital and data offerings.
