International and insurance and reinsurance broker, Willis Towers Watson (WTW), has now completed the recently announced acquisition of French aviation broker, OAAGC.
The transaction sees WTW acquire the book business and team of brokerage OAAGC, significantly strengthening WTW’s position as an aviation broker in France, while enabling customers of OAAGC to utilise the full suite of WTW’s people and risk solutions.
Domiciled in Paris, OAAGC’s team of 16 dedicated staff will now become a new addition to the WTW global aerospace division, although terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
