Willis Towers Watson names head of Consulting and Technology for Asia Pacific

Willis Towers Watson has named Ken Brown as Leader of its Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) business in Asia Pacific, and has appointed Oi San Choo to replace Brown as Divisional Leader for ICT South Asia and Emerging Markets. Both will be based in Singapore.

Willis Towers WatsonBrown has over 30 years’ industry experience and is already familiar with the Asia Pacific region, having served Willis as Divisional Leader for ICT South Asia and Emerging markets since 2016, before which he was a director of Advisory Services for EY in Australia.

He has also held leadership positions at Aon Re, and at ACE Insurance, where he served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Australia and New Zealand, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for Singapore, and Chairman for New Zealand.

Choo also has over 20 years’ industry experience and was previously the Leader for ICT South East Asia, having joined Willis Towers Watson in 2008.

She also served as President of the Singapore Actuarial Society from 2014 to 2016 and was appointed by Singapore’s Ministry of Health to serve on the ElderShield Review Committee.
