ATL, the independent Lloyd’s insurance and reinsurance broker, has announced the appointment of industry veteran Sean Woollerson as Director in the Marine Division.
A highly respected Marine insurance specialist, Woollerson brings 35 years of experience in the international Marine insurance market, with a wealth of expertise across Marine hull, war risks, loss of hire and associated specialty marine products.
Throughout his career, the executive has successfully developed and managed significant books of business while delivering innovative solutions for clients operating in complex and evolving markets.
A proactive leader in market engagement and business development, his notable achievements include initiating the globally recognised industry resource, the Global Maritime Security Report.
Furthermore, he has driven the development and promotion of specialised shipping sector products, such as the Residual Value Insurance (RVI) and Surety solutions, helping clients access coverages that are not widely available through traditional broking channels.
