Insurance brokerage, World Insurance Associates, has hired 20-year industry veteran Thaddeus Woosley as its new executive vice president, head of national practice groups.
In his new role, Woosley is expected to support the continued growth of the brokerage’s niche industry practice groups.
This includes the development of new products and capabilities within existing practices, which are designed to meet the specific needs of clients.
Based out of Chicago, Woosley assumed his new role at World on May 21, 2024.
His background spans more than two decades working across sales and marketing leadership roles within the insurance and financial services industry.
In his most recent role, he served as the senior vice president of broker management and sales operations at QBE North America.
In addition, he also previously had a long-standing career at Aon plc where he most recently served as vice president, head of marketing for Aon Risk Solutions U.S. Retail.
