Global advisory, broking, and solutions firm WTW has appointed Massimo Cavadini as Head of Product, Pricing, Claims and Underwriting for Continental Europe, a newly created role aimed at strengthening the firm’s leadership in insurance analytics.
In this position, Cavadini will oversee the expansion of WTW’s consulting and software solutions in claims processing, underwriting, and data science across all functions.
Cavadini joins WTW after nearly eight years at Munich Re, where he most recently served as Senior Executive Partner and Global Leader of Insurance Solutions – Global Consulting.
Earlier in his career, he held actuarial pricing roles at Generali and Allianz.
