WTW, the global advisory, broking, and solutions company, has appointed Tyson Stevenson as the Managing Director of Real Estate Sales Management within its Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB) business in North America.
Stevenson will be based in San Francisco and report directly to James Martuscelli, who leads the Real Estate, Hospitality, and Leisure industry arm at the broker.
Stevenson will be responsible for producing new business and will be a key driver in significantly growing the real estate portfolio in 2024 and beyond. He will also serve as a key connector between the industry division and the firm’s facultative reinsurance unit.
Additionally, he will drive innovative sales strategies, foster collaborative partnerships, and spearhead industry vertical initiatives to elevate CRB North America’s presence.

Stevenson has an extensive insurance career spanning two decades, with deep and robust experience, and industry knowledge for guiding clients through the management and optimization of their risk profile.
Prior to this, he served as a partner at McGill, and has previously held leadership positions at organizations including NFP, USI Insurance Services, JLT Specialty USA, and Aon.
