Broker WTW has announced the appointment of Frank Scardino as North America Strategic Sales Leader and Leader of the Dallas Market. Simultaneously the company has appointed Kenneth Gould as Strategic Client Engagement Leader within Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB), North America.
Both Scardino and Gould align perfectly with the growth strategy for CRB North America, said WTW.
The company added, “Their industry-specialized knowledge paired with experience engaging large, multinational companies will play a key role in our continued profitable expansion. Based in Dallas, Scardino and Gould will sit in a critical market, and adding sales leaders of this caliber to CRB NA will help deliver superior results and gain market share.”
Scardino has industry experience in real estate, hospitality and private equity, with expertise in the areas of new business production, strategic planning and driving growth through the management of client service, retention and strategic recruiting.
Prior to this, Scardino worked at Lockton for the last 18 years serving in a variety of leadership positions most recently, as a Senior Partner and President of Lockton’s Dallas office.
Scardino will report to Michael Chang, Head of CRB North America, WTW, while working closely with Chuck Shay, the West Region Leader for the Dallas Market responsibilities, in addition to joining the North American Executive Management Team.
Gould is a 40-year insurance industry veteran. Prior to this, he also served at Lockton, as Executive Vice President and producer.
His area of expertise focused on obtaining and retaining large, complex clients. According to WTW, his insights and experience will be invaluable as CRB NA continues to accelerate growth in the F1000 segment.
