Re/insurance service provider Xceedance has announced the acquisition of Activer Solutions.
Based in Massachusetts, Activer Solutions specialises in insurance operations and technology services for the front, middle, and back office operations of P&C insurers.
In the next few months, Activer Solutions will be absorbed into the US operations of Xceedance.
Xceedance hopes the acquisition will allow it to expand workflow flexibility and efficiencies for insurance providers in risk evaluation and underwriting, policy service for agents and customers, and claims operations.
“The U.S. property and casualty insurance market represents more than half our global business today, and it’s growing,” said Manish Khetan, chief strategy officer at Xceedance.
