Xceedance, a global provider of strategic operations support, technology, and data services for insurance organisations, has launched its MGA Agility Suite aimed to enhance digital capabilities for program administrators in the Americas.
Industry veteran Michael Parcelli is to lead the initiative as Senior Vice President and Head of the managing general agent (MGA).
The MGA Agility Suite has been designed to “revolutionise the way program administrators, managing general agents (MGAs), and managing general underwriters (MGUs) operate, the suite provides comprehensive digital solutions to enhance market presence, underwriting processes, and operational efficiencies,” the firm explained.
Key features include platform integration, which allows quick market entry and scalability while fostering continuous innovation and minimising ownership costs; and technology integration.
Other features include licensed MGA Shell, which is a nationally licensed MGA for admitted and non-admitted markets to enable a cost-effective market entry point supported by fully integrated policy and claims management platforms.
As well as data integration, the Suit will transform data into actionable insights with high-quality data migration, enrichment, and governance; and operations services, as it offers comprehensive strategic support across the insurance lifecycle, including underwriting, policy administration, claims management, and more.

Parcelli brings extensive experience having held senior roles for nearly four decades in underwriting, claims, and technology at insurance carriers, brokers, and MGA distribution channels.
