Xceedance, a provider of technology-driven business solutions for the insurance industry, has appointed Adrian Spieler to its Board of Directors, with immediate effect.
Spieler joins the Xceedance board with more than 30 years of experience spanning reinsurance, insurance and asset management.
He has served as Chief Operating Officer at Convex Insurance, a specialty insurer and reinsurer, since the company launched in 2019.
Prior to joining Convex, Spieler spent 17 years at Swiss Re, where he held a number of senior leadership positions. He subsequently served as Group Chief Administrative Officer at Catlin before taking on the roles of Chief Enterprise Operations Officer and Chief Platform Officer, Insurance, at XL Catlin.
Spieler will contribute strategic guidance to the board, help establish organisational goals and support the measurement of the company’s performance as it continues to expand.
