Synpulse, a management consultancy specialising in the financial services industry, has hired Yoann Chassot as the new Head of Data and AI within the firm’s Europe and Americas region.
A renowned figure within the industry, Chassot joins Synpulse following a six year tenure at Palantir, where he most recently served as Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Insurance Lead.
At Palantir in Zurich, he advised clients on data and analytics strategies while overseeing implementation work on some of their largest engagements.
Moreover, across the last 12 months, Chassot has mostly focused on leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) to transform the insurance value chain.
Prior to joining Palantir, Chassot served as a senior underwriter at reinsurance giant Swiss Re, after joining the company’s graduate program in 2011.
