Accredited Insurance Holdings, a global programme manager, has appointed Barbara Bufkin and Patricia Roufca as Non-Executive Directors to its Group Board.
Throughout her career, Bufkin has held executive roles across reinsurance, specialty insurance, and wholesale distribution.
She has served at Guy Carpenter, Swiss Re, Hamilton Insurance Group, and Argo Limited, and has been a Senior Advisor to Amwins.
Currently, Bufkin serves as an Independent Director for Duck Creek Technologies, Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited, and Westfield Companies. She also serves on the Advisory Board of Opterrix and is Chairwoman of the Association of Professional Insurance Women.
Roufca was most recently the UK Chief Executive Officer for Fidelis Underwriting Limited, as well as Group General Counsel and Director of Strategic Execution for Fidelis Insurance Holdings Limited.
At Fidelis, she played a leading role in its successful and landmark bifurcation, Roufca was also the Group Chief Operating Officer of the firm. Prior to this, she held various roles at Aspen Insurance including Group Head of Legal, having started her career as a corporate lawyer.
