Global fintech company, Acrisure, has launched the company’s Mid-Atlantic Region encompassing its businesses in Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia.
According to the announcement, as with all other platforms announced in 2023, the Region will operate under the Acrisure brand, with Geoffrey Goldwater as Managing Partner.
In May 2023, the firm announced its plan to unify under a single brand, a move that would help Acrisure to best represent its status as a global fintech company that offers multiple financial products and services, it explained.

The formation of the Mid-Atlantic Region is Acrisure’s latest rebrand launch. In 2023 the company launched New Jersey, New York, South, West and Southwest, and has said it has more Regions to rebrand in 2024.
Goldwater, who has over 15 years of industry experience is joined by the Mid-Atlantic leadership team which includes other Acrisure colleagues stepping into broader roles: John Marsh, Head of Operations; Kristen Cron, Head of Growth; Ann D’Amicantonio, Head of Client Solutions and Bryan Allingham, Head of Finance.
