Advisory and broking solutions company, WTW has named Adrian Hicks Head of Mid-Market and Real Estate for North American business placed in London and the international market.
In his new role, Hicks will be responsible for establishing and executing the strategic direction of middle-market and real estate broking across Direct & Facultative, while aligning the broader broking community and growing business in the region.
He will be based in WTW’s London office and will be reporting to Tom Rowley, Head of North American Property.
Hicks is joining the firm with almost 20 years of industry experience. He has recently served at Alesco Risk Management Services, where he was the Executive Partner for US Wholesale Property.
He has also held positions at Arthur J. Gallagher, where he was Divisional Director for over eight years, and spent almost two years at RKH Group, where he served as Account Executive.
