AIG names Lily Claydon APAC Chief Risk Officer

Global insurance firm AIG has appointed Lily Claydon as Chief Risk Officer for Asia Pacific (APAC).

Claydon is a Chartered Financial Analyst with more than two decades of experience in financial services, insurance, regulatory environments and auditing.

Her expertise include risk culture and change management, risk governance, Enterprise Risk Management Framework, crisis management and business resilience strategy among others.

Prior to joining AIG, Claydon served over two years as Group Head of Enterprise Risk Management at Bolttech, an international insurtech company. Before that, she served as Director, Group Enterprise Risk Management, at FWD Insurance for almost four years.

She also worked at Australian Prudential Regulation Authority for over eight years, at Beresfords Personal Wealth Management for over two years, and was an Auditor for Pan-China Limited for almost six years.
