Allianz and Brokerslink partnership already showing its worth

A strategic partnership between global insurer and reinsurer, Allianz, and Brokerslink, a company which is composed of brokers and risk consultant entities, provides the latter’s clients in 95 countries with improved access to Allianz’ solutions and is already proving successful.

mergers and acquisitions reinsuranceAccording to a statement Allianz clients are already benefiting from the partnership, while Brokerslink’s small and mid-sized enterprise clients, across 95 countries, now have improved access to Allianz’ re/insurance solutions.

The partnership was signed on June 6th, 2017, and sees Allianz provide international expertise and market access, and the agreement also includes the cooperation of Allianz in the Brokerslink conference, which is due to be held in Marrakech, Morocco, 28th – 29th September, 2017.

Jean-Marc Pailhol, Head of Group Market Management and Distribution at Allianz, commented; “We can already observe an increase in business growth across the globe. As part of our corporate strategy `Renewal Agenda` Allianz is expanding its insurance business in growth markets. This includes expanding insurance offers for small and medium-sized enterprises with international operations.”

Managing Director of Brokerslink, Paul Bitner, added; “We are delighted to have a strategic partnership with Allianz; an insurer whose brand equates with strength, quality and stability. We look forward to a long future of working together to offer quality risk solutions to our clients around the world.”

Allianz Australia and Brokerslink member, PSC Insurance Brokers, have now worked together for a number of years, and the partnership has been well received by the industry, explained David Hosking, Chief General Manager of the Broker and Agency Division of Allianz Australia.

He said; “Our relationship is deep and multi-layered. The trust and collaboration means we seek to maximize mutual opportunities and there has not been an issue which we have not been able to work through.”

Furthermore, based on positive feedback from both Allianz and Brokerslink, the international partnership will be extended annually.
