Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty SE, Allianz Group’s specialist carrier for corporate insurance business, has appointed Lee Brewer and Harriet Tiplady as Senior Broker Relationship Manager and Broker Relationship Manager, respectively.
Based in London within the Market Management team, the pair will have responsibility for pipeline and relationship management with major global and mid-market brokers.
The appointments are also designed to drive brokers’ understanding of AGCS’ risk appetite across all lines.

Before that, Brewer spent 12 years in increasing senior positions at AVIVA, ending his time there as a Business Development Manager.

Prior to that she spent nearly four years at Zurich, starting on the Graduate Programme before moving to the role of Data Analyst – Customer, Distribution and Market Management.
“Lee’s wealth of market-facing experience and ability to build strong relationships with brokers will position us well to support customers’ understanding of today’s and tomorrow’s complex risks and, will ensure we continue to deliver relevant and innovative products and services,” said Brian Kirwan, UK Chief Executive Officer, AGCS.
“I look forward to working with him to develop new relationships with brokers and build on existing ones, as we continue to expand our offering in the UK.”
“Harriet has made a positive impact and become an integral part of the Market Management team since she joined us in 2017,” added Kirwan.
“She has demonstrated the ability to successfully communicate AGCS’ strengths and differentiators to our brokers and how we help our customers understand and protect themselves from risk.”
