MJM Holdings has announced the appointments of Andrzej Klesyk and Vincent Vandendael to the Supervisory Board of the Company, a decision approved by the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of MJM Holdings SA.

I am honoured that they have decided to join us, and I am sure their presence will only accelerate the continued strong growth of our company.

Slotala continues, “The challenges that lie ahead of us, in particular those concerning an active role in M&A, consolidation of the Polish market, as well as the development of our unique venture, i.e. MJM MGA, require the involvement of experts with multidimensional market experience and knowledge. This is precisely what we gain thanks to strengthening our supervision with the two new members of the Board.”

Klesyk will serve as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Previously, he served as Managing Partner at Cornerstone Partners for three years and Executive Board Member at Play Communications for 12 years. His experience spans various leadership roles at firms such as NKBM, BEST SA Capital Group, The Geneva Association, and PZU.

Klesyk shares his excitement, stating, “I am pleased that my knowledge and experience will support the MJM Holdings team. It is undoubtedly a great honour to chair the Supervisory Board of this market-leading, continually dynamic and innovative company. I am truly excited about the opportunity to work with Marcin and the entire team of the MJM Holdings group. I am also confident that together we will achieve the goals set by the majority American shareholders, Corsair Capital.”

Vincent Vandendael, also joining the Supervisory Board, previously served as CEO of Everest Global Markets and its Lloyd’s Syndicate 2786, as well as Chairman of the Ireland board.

Before that, Vandendael worked at Lloyd’s for six years, most recently serving as Chief Commercial Officer. He also held positions at Zurich Insurance Company for over 18 years and Chubb for four years.
