Angela Crawford-Ingle joins Lloyd’s Board as Chair of Audit Committee

The specialist Lloyd’s of London insurance and reinsurance marketplace has announced that Angela Crawford-Ingle has been appointed to its Board, succeeding Richard Keers as Chair of the Audit Committee.

Lloyd'sCrawford-Ingle’s appointment is effective immediately, and sees her also become Lloyd’s Whistleblowers’ Champion, a role which sees her take oversight of both the independence and effectiveness of the market’s whistleblowing policies and procedures.

She currently serves as the Senior Independent Director and Chair Audit Committee at River & Mercantile Group PLC, and Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair at Openwork Ltd. She brings more than three decades of experience as a Senior Partner at PwC in the financial services sector, and recently served as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit & Risk Committees at Beazley plc and at Swinton Insurance.
