Mark Graham will continue to serve as Commercial CEO of the Antares Commercial division, which comprises AMAL Syndicate 1274 and Antares Re in Bermuda.

Pantelis Koulovasilopoulos will continue to lead the Antares Retail division, as Retail CEO, overseeing Antares Insurance Company Limited and Scorpius MGA.

Kevin Wenzel, Chief Financial Officer, will take on an expanded finance and operational brief, becoming CEO of the Antares Global Management central service company.

Additionally, the Antares Legacy division will remain under the leadership of Jagdis Barber as Legacy CEO, reporting to Kevin Wenzel.

Under the new structure, several functions that were previously shared, notably Claims, Actuarial, Compliance and Risk, as well as certain operational functions, will be divided to offer direct assistance to the separate Antares Retail and Antares Commercial business units.

Led by Koulovasilopoulos and Graham leadership, this alignment is designed to ensure both business units benefit from a more dedicated and focused level of specialist support.

According to the announcement, the leadership team will be reporting directly to Ahmed El Tabbakh.

The new leadership structure follows the passing of former Chief Executive Officer, Michael van der Straaten.
